The Diamond Lite Door uses panels made from a unique closed cell, lightweight composite product, manufactured with cross-linked polymer foam and fiberglass, that offers high specific strength and toughness.

The new Panel:

Is 20% lighter than plywood
Is 35% lighter then steel clad composites
Does not absorb water
Does not laminate or peel
Is highly impact resistant

Over time where wood roll-up doors swell, crack, break or jam when impacted the Diamond Lite Door will maintain is operation and integrity. This durability significantly reduces maintenance costs.

The light weight panels provide easy operation and the lower weight of the door in comparison to wood or other composite materials doors assists with gas economy.
