Product Options

Product Options available with the ¾” Dryfreight Wood Doors include:

1. Stainless Steel Cables and Rivets
   
   Rivets, bolts and cables are provided in galvanized steel as standard.  These items can be provided in stainless steel as an extra.
   
   
2. 16” & 36” Aluminum Forklift Plates
   
   Aluminum Forklift Plates can be installed on your door in our factory as an extra.  Forklift Plates can also be supplied separately for you to install to existing doors in the field.
   
   
3. Safety Chain
   
   Extra locking security feature.
   
   
4. Reinforcing Strap
   
   For bottom panel reinforcement.
   
   
5. Clips & Track Shim
   
   For specific horizontal track mounting.
   
   
6. Extra Hinges
   
   4 columns of Hinges are provided on all Diamond ¾” Dry Freight Wood Doors.  An additional row of hinges can be provided for added strength as an extra.
   
   
7. Extra Lift Handles
   
   One Lift Handle is provided with all Diamond ¾” Dry Freight or Evolution Doors.  An extra Lift Handle can be provided to assist with operation of the door as an extra.
   
   
8. Inside Release Lock
   
   An inside release option is available to allow egress from the inside of the trailer, step van, or truck body.
   
   
9. 2 Point Slam Lock
   
   Keyed locking option with inside release capability.
   
   
10. Brush Side Seal/Secondary Side Seal
    
    All Diamond ¾” Dry Freight or Evolution Doors are provided with standard Side Seals.  Brush Side Seals, Dual Durometer Push-in Side Seals and Secondary Side Seals are available as an extra.
    
    
11. Extra Pull Strap
    
    One Heavy Duty 18” Loop Pull Strap is provided with all Diamond ¾” Dry Freight or Evolution Doors.  An additional Pull Strap (length of choice) can be provided to assist with operation of the door as an optional extra.
    
    
12. Ship Lap Doors
    
    All Diamond ¾” Dry Freight Doors are provided with tongue and groove joints as standard.  Ship Lap joints can also be supplied to suit customer preference at additional cost. 
    
    
13. Joint Seals
    
    Between panel seals can be provided at an additional cost.
    
    
14. Window Cut Outs
    
    Window Cut Outs can be provided for all Diamond ¾” Dry Freight Doors at additional cost.
